Pretzel and Nut Brittle

18 oz white chocolate (chips or melting chocolate)
4 c broken pretzels
2 c salted peanuts or cashews

Melt chocolate in double boiler. When melted add pretzels and nuts. Mix. Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
